Job summary

Service Master by Gibson is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team for immediate Day and Evening shifts. The role involves cleaning classrooms and common areas in Avon Grove School District, with emphasis on attention to detail and reliability.

Training is provided and no prior experience is required. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, floors, surfaces, and fixtures, restocking supplies, and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must pass PA State Criminal Background Check.
• PA Child Abuse Clearance.
• FBI fingerprinting may be required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Empty and remove heavy trash bags from classrooms and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Wipe down desks, high-touch surfaces, and fixtures.
• Refill paper and soap dispensers.
• Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures.
• Lock up and secure assigned areas as needed.
