Responsibilities

• Cooks deli meats, vegetables and cheeses using a slicing machine or knives.
• Prepares and serves sandwiches, salads and other cold food items.
• Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products and condiments according to merchandising guidelines.
• Cleans and maintains counters, equipment and work surfaces to sanitation standards.
• Operates slicing machine and ensures correct thickness and portion control.
