Job summary

The Bradford At Brookside in Livingston, TX is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care per the patient care plan. This full-time position requires state CNA certification and English proficiency to document and communicate care effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document personal care to patients per care plans.
• Support patient independence and safety.
• Notify nurse in charge of patient status at shift start and end.
• Record observations and contribute to patient condition knowledge.
• Maintain safe/clean environment and assist with transfers as needed.
• Attend in-service trainings to maintain CNA certification annually.
• Assist with routine housekeeping to ensure a hazard-free environment.
