Qualifications

• Current CA Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.
• One year prior experience as a CNA in a SNF setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care to residents.
• Assist residents with daily routines such as personal hygiene, baths, vitals, meals, and mobility.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure resident safety.
• Report and update records on residents' conditions.
• Follow instructions from the Charge Nurse or Supervisor.
