West Point Community Living Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team in West Point, Mississippi. You will provide direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and support the nursing staff on the 3pm–11pm or 11pm–7am shifts.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in good standing is required

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct care rounds to meet residents' needs, assist with daily living activities
• Notify Charge Nurse of changes in patient condition
• Obtain vital signs, weights, and heights as instructed
• Prepare for admissions, transfers and discharges in the Transitional Care Unit
• Maintain infection prevention and a clean work area
