• Document vital signs, intake/output, and other care observations in EMR.
• Assist with nutrition, hygiene, and comfort measures for patients.
• Support safe patient transfers, discharge planning, and referrals as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the unit and equipment.
• Use AIDET principles in patient and family communications.
