Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time role in an assisted living setting in Kansas. Compensation starts at $19 per hour, with eligibility for comprehensive benefits. You will support residents with daily activities and coordinate care with the Resident Care team.

Requirements include KS CNA certification, high school diploma, and adherence to state guidelines. CPR is preferred, and prior elderly care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Kansas.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (grooming, bathing, personal environment).
• Transport residents within the community to activities, departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident/visitor requests, and environmental hazards promptly and safely.
• Review resident care plans and obtain vital signs.
