Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA certification in Arkansas is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families and team members.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to residents, supporting physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) with individualized attention.
• Monitor changes in residents' condition and report to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with HIPAA and facility policies.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to ensure comprehensive care.
