Apple Valley Village Health Care Center is actively seeking experienced CNAs to join a caring team at our senior care campus in Apple Valley, MN. The role features every-other-weekend work and a set daytime shift, with competitive pay based on experience.

You will provide hands-on care, assist residents with daily living activities, and help maintain independence and quality of life. We value teamwork, compassion, and excellence in resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification required and in good standing on the registry.
• Selected candidates are required to pass background checks.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.

Responsibilities

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
