East Bay Post Acute is seeking compassionate, reliable CNAs to join our nursing team as full-time members. You’ll provide direct care, assist with ADLs, monitor residents, and document changes while upholding quality care standards in a supportive setting.

The ideal candidate holds a California CNA certificate, with CPR/BLS preferred, and values teamwork, communication, and resident dignity. This role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and document vital signs accurately.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper safety techniques.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Promote a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
