Job summary

Navion Senior Living in Cartersville, GA seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily resident care and support with activities of daily living. This full-time role on 1st shift (7a-3p) includes every other weekend and holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• State CNA certification required to apply.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily resident care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living tasks for residents.
• Record food intake and urinary/fecal outputs for medical staff.
• Deliver supplies, ice packs, and dressings as needed during therapy sessions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality of resident information.
• Follow infection control practices and safety procedures.
• Support and respond to residents' emotional and physical needs.
• Participate in ongoing safety and emergency procedures.
