Job summary

The Fountains in Cartersville, part of Navion Senior Living, is seeking CNAs to provide daily resident care and physical support in our residents' home. The role emphasizes compassion and the ability to respond to emotional and physical needs, on a full-time basis for the 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) with every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, hygiene, and documenting care while maintaining HIPAA privacy and following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be a State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Current CPR certification preferred (American Heart Association).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Provide compassionate resident care and emotional support.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information per HIPAA.
• Record food intake and vital information for medical staff.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily tasks as needed.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols.
