Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Sullivan, Missouri for a full-time role. You will provide routine nursing care and support to patients under Life Care standards and work with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include a State CNA program graduate, active license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of SNF experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required; CPR must remain current.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with Life Care standards.
• Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
