Brookefield Park in Nebraska is seeking compassionate CNAs and CMAs to join our caring team. You will assist residents with daily living, mobility, meals, hydration, and safety, while fostering independence and well-being.

Qualified candidates hold Nebraska CNA or CMA certification in good standing, demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a customer-service mindset. The role includes administering medications per policy and collaborating with nurses to deliver excellent resident care.

What You'll Be Doing

As a CNA or CMA at Brookefield Park, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while helping residents maintain their highest level of independence and well-being.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing assistance with personal cares and daily living activities
• Supporting resident mobility and safety
• Assisting with meals and hydration
• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Supporting a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Administering medications according to state regulations and facility policies (CMA)
• Working closely with nurses and other care team members to deliver exceptional resident care
