Job summary

The Village at Brookfield Common, a Benchmark Senior Living community, is hiring Full Time CNAs for 2nd shift (3p-11p) and 3rd shift (11p-7a) in Brookfield, Connecticut. Starting hourly rate is $20, with a valid CNA license required.

We seek compassionate CNAs to deliver resident care in a warm, home-like setting.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting preferred but not required
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desirable

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Document care provided and report changes to staff
• Engage residents in activities and provide emotional support
• Use customer service skills to ensure meaningful care for residents
• Other duties as assigned

The Village at Brookfield Commons is hiring Full Time CNAs on 2nd Shift, 3p-11p, & 3rd Shift, 11p-7a. Starting hourly rate is $20. Must have a valid CNA license.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
