Memorial Family Medicine Clinic in Las Cruces, New Mexico is a fast-paced primary care practice focused on providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. A CMA is essential to support clinicians with patient assessments, specimen collection, and in-office procedures within a collaborative team.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be graduates of an accredited medical assisting program, with CCMA/CMA/RMA certification and BLS within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of accredited medical assisting program or equivalent required.
• Licensure/certification: CCMA, CMA or RMA.

Responsabilités

• Assist with patient assessments and treatments under supervision of physicians or nurses.
• Perform basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection.
• Monitor and communicate changes in patient condition.
• Document patient care and maintain medical records.
• Maintain equipment and medical supplies and conduct routine cleaning of exam areas.
• Perform administrative duties: filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, patient registration.
