Job summary

Memorial Medical Center Las Cruces is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for our Family Medicine team. You will support physicians and nurses with patient assessments, procedures, and care documentation in a clinic setting.

Schedule is full-time days, with benefits and professional growth opportunities. BLS certification required within 60 days; CCMA/CMA/RMA license options recognized; high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; graduate of an accredited medical assisting program.
• License: CCMA, CMA or RMA.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) obtained within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient assessments and treatments under supervision.
• Perform basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection.
• Document patient care and maintain equipment and supplies, including reordering and cleaning.
