Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring a Back of House Team Member to support food preparation, assembly and kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant. You will rotate across stations, stock inventory, and maintain cleanliness while upholding Chick-fil-A standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble and present food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know the assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Complete in-house training and stay current on changes.
• Handle opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep

• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
