Chick-fil-A is hiring Back of House Team Members to support food preparation, cooking, and assembly while maintaining Chick-fil-A standards. Staff will stock, clean, and stay updated on new products under the guidance of an Operator and Restaurant Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble and present food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep area organized.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and report maintenance issues.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and in-house training.
• Complete opening or closing tasks and adhere to dress code.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
