Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide direct in-home patient care, including assessment, planning, and evaluation. You will educate patients and families on illness management, medications, and post-treatment needs while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to create culturally sensitive care plans.

This is a safety-sensitive role requiring constant alertness.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
