Job description

Role:

Registered Nurse (RN) within an integrated healthcare system, providing patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care across hospitals, clinics, urgent care, and emergency departments.

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients with diverse medical conditions; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians and therapists; perform comprehensive assessments; administer medications and treatments; monitor patient responses; document accurately; educate patients and families; advocate for patient needs; elevate changes in condition; support a safe environment adhering to infection prevention and safety standards.

Additional Duties:

Participate in unit initiatives, quality improvement, and evidence-based practices; mentor and support colleagues; assist with orientation of new staff; contribute to a collaborative, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:
