Job summary

A&A Maintenance Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a dependable cleaning and maintenance professional to deliver day-to-day service for client facilities in New Jersey. The role includes restroom service, floor care, trash removal, and basic safety checks.

You will follow chemical safety procedures, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain clean, safe environments across offices, schools, and healthcare settings as needed.

• Maintain building security and safety, locking doors after hours and checking electrical devices to prevent hazards.
• Service, clean, and restock restrooms.
• Collect and empty trash.
• Follow chemical cleaner and power equipment procedures to protect floors and fixtures.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with cleaners, sponges and squeegees.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines and equipment.

Job Skills / Requirements

Further this role will encompass the following responsibilities:

• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.

Además, este rol abarcará las siguientes responsabilidades:

• Supervisar la seguridad y protección del edificio realizando tareas tales como cerrar las puertas con llave después de horas y verificar el uso de los aparatos eléctricos para asegurarse de que no se creen peligros.
• Servicio, limpieza y suministro de baños.
• Recoger y vaciar la basura.

• Limpiar y pulir muebles y enseres.
• Quitar el polvo de muebles, paredes, máquinas y equipos.
