You will clean floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas, report maintenance concerns, and operate cleaning equipment with proper PPE; night shifts are required and travel to sites may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work night shifts and travel to assigned work locations.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning operations: perform routine cleaning and sanitation of floors, restrooms, break rooms, offices and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize and empty trash; re-supply restroom and facility supplies.
• Follow cleaning schedules; report maintenance concerns and safety hazards.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and wear PPE; maintain closets and equipment.
• Notify supervisor of supply shortages and document daily tasks; communicate with team.

Job Title: Full-Time CleanerEmployment Type: Full-TimeFLSA: Non-ExemptPOSITION SUMMARYThe Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by performing routine janitorial services at assigned locations.
