Paycom - ATS is seeking a Full-Time Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe environment at assigned locations. Responsibilities include routine cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas, with emphasis on sanitation and safety, while following schedules and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work night shifts, with the ability to operate cleaning equipment and report issues promptly. Benefits include PTO and medical coverage options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas, including floors, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and empty trash receptacles.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces according to company standards.
• Replenish restroom and facility supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and maintain janitorial closets.

Job Title: Full-Time CleanerEmployment Type: Full-TimeFLSA: Non-ExemptPay: $18.00 per hourPOSITION SUMMARYThe Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by performing routine janitorial services at assigned locations.
