Job summary

Elation Property Management is hiring a full-time cleaner for Forté Living in Brookings, SD to maintain common areas, grounds, and vacated units. You will work with the property manager to follow a routine cleaning schedule and ensure high sanitation standards throughout the community.

The ideal candidate can work independently, manage time effectively, and be available for occasional night or weekend turnovers.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to the Brookings, SD area.
• Ability to work independently and follow a cleaning schedule.
• Willingness to work 5 days per week, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Working with the property manager to set a routine cleaning schedule.
• Performing routine cleaning in accordance with the schedule on common areas, grounds, and vacant apartments.
• Ensuring cleaning vendors are in place as needed and performing according to expectations.
• Being available on the occasional night or weekend for vacant unit turnovers.

Great news! Elation Property Management is hiring for our Forté Living of Brookings, SD!

We are seeking a full-time cleaner to perform routine cleaning on its common areas, grounds, and vacated units (turnovers). The ideal candidate will be one who can work independently to meet set cleaning and building upkeep expectations. We’re looking for a cleaning and sanitation professional who will exceed client expectations, ensuring that our beloved community is always in good condition and maintained properly.

Job Responsibilities

• Working with the property manager to set a routine cleaning schedule.
• Performing routine cleaning in accordance with the schedule on common areas, grounds, and vacant apartments.
• Ensuring cleaning vendors are in place as needed and performing according to expectations.
• Being available on the occasional night or weekend for vacant unit turnovers.

Hours

Full-Time set scheduled position. Unit turnovers may result in some overtime or additional hours as needed (demand will generally be near month end).

Requirement

Must have reliable transportation to and from the property (Brookings, SD area)

Schedule

5 days per week expected. Monday through Friday set schedule to be set by the Property Manager.
