Brookings Health System is seeking an Environmental Services Technician to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and sanitizing patient areas to support high-quality care.

The position is full-time with an afternoon/evening schedule, offering benefits and a rotation of weekend/holiday coverage. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $23.69 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Compensation range for this position is $16.00 to $23.69

This position will be responsible for general housekeeping duties including maintaining the overall cleanliness of Brookings Health System. Incumbent will also be responsible for sanitizing patient care areas, waiting areas, work surfaces, patient and resident rooms and restrooms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent customer service, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in various situations are essential.
• Must possess basic knowledge of housekeeping processes.
• Must be able to do moderate lifting.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
