Job summary

The Dishwasher at CityGate Hospitality LLC will maintain an immaculate kitchen by washing dishes, stocking cleaning products and assisting in buffet cleanup, while adhering to health guidelines.

You must be 18+ and available for AM shifts; at least one year of dishwasher experience is preferred. The role reports to the Café Sous Chef and offers $17–$19 per hour with a $250 signing bonus and a 90‑day waiting period.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Properly wash, clean and dry dishes according to health department guidelines.
• Sets up station and ensures that the work area is operated in an efficient manner.
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
• Supports all training of other staff members as needed.
• Informs supervisor of any kitchen equipment or machinery that is not working properly.
• Assists in the cleaning, sanitation and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas.
• Follows all CGG departmental policies and procedures.
• Performs all related duties as assigned.

Status:Hourly Non-Exempt
Compensation Range:$17.00-19.00/hour, commensurate with experience and education.

Scheduling: Must be available AM availability, Monday-Friday

Role Summary:
The Dishwasher maintains an immaculate and efficient kitchen by cleaning all dishware, China, crystal and silver, pots and pans, and stocking cleaning products, emptying trash bins and replacing garbage bags, assists in break down and cleanliness of buffets.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent education.

Experience:

• One-year of experience as a Dishwasher preferred.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must have a neat and clean appearance and uniform.
