Job summary

The Excel Center in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Young Learners Childcare Attendant for a full-time, Monday–Friday role from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The position offers $14-$16 per hour, full benefits, and a $1,000 signing bonus after 90 days of employment.

The Attendant will supervise students up to age 12, facilitate learning activities, assist with registrations, maintain files, and keep parents informed of policies and procedures. Hours may vary by location.

Qualifications

• Background in childcare or related field.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates hands-on interactive learning experiences with students directly.
• Assists in the registration process of students.
• Updates and ensures accuracy of student files.
• Maintains regular communication with parents regarding services, enrollment, scheduling or routine changes.
• Assists in achieving short- and long-term goals for the center.
• Contributes ideas for curriculum development and execution.
• Participates in regular team meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
