Rivia Mind is a tele-behavioral Mental Health and Well-being Practice based in NYC, serving New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida. We are an interdisciplinary team of psychiatry and psychology providers, operational staff, and contributors dedicated to accessible, reliable, and evidence-based holistic treatment. Our services primarily target adult patients and include psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and specialty offerings. Our clinicians develop treatment plans that consider each patient's full story, collaborating as trusted allies in their journey to well-being. We seek a dual-state licensed, board-certified Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist to join our growing team, which includes co-owners, five psychiatrists, and a multidisciplinary staff of around 100 clinicians.
The role begins with program and workflow setup in collaboration with leadership, followed by seeing patients (target of 40-45 sessions weekly). Supervisory responsibilities are anticipated within 3-9 months, depending on business needs. This hybrid position is based near Bryant Park and Grand Central in NYC.
Application window closes at the end of July 2025. The start date is estimated between July and November 2025, considering credentialing and other factors.
Clinical: Provide high-quality clinical care, conduct intake evaluations, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, support diverse populations via telehealth, and participate in team meetings and documentation.
Supervisory: Lead a weekly specialty group, guide clinicians on child and adolescent mental health, assist in onboarding, and report to the medical director.
Leadership: Host team meetings, participate in company-wide meetings, conduct 1:1s, provide clinical supervision, and exemplify our values.
Operations: Collaborate on policy review, handle administrative duties, and support additional projects.
Doctorate degree in Medicine, completed Psychiatry residency and fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, active licenses in at least two states (preferably NY and NJ), board certification, and experience treating minors and adolescents. Skills include documentation, psychotherapy modalities, medication management, outpatient experience, telehealth, supervision, and proficiency with technology platforms.

Salary ranges from $250,000 to $300,000 with quarterly bonuses. The role is full-time, exempt, hybrid, with flexible hours including some after-school times.
