Job summary

Pizza Ranch Ames is seeking a motivated Line Cook to prepare and cook food to Pizza Ranch standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen. Responsibilities include reading recipe cards, measuring ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and staying punctual.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• May be cross-trained to perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed.
• Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during entire shift.
• Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, wiping, sweeping, and mopping.
• Ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds.
• Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service.
• Ability to positively interact with Team Members and Guests.

Responsibilities

The main responsibility of a Pizza Ranch Line Cook is to measure, prepare, and cook food according to Pizza Ranch standards. Line cooks must also be able to read recipe cards, measure ingredients, and prepare food in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality.
