Job summary

Pizza Ranch in Springfield, IL is seeking enthusiastic team members to join our guest-focused crew. You will help prepare signature pizzas and ranch chicken, assist with order accuracy, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment.

No prior restaurant experience required—we provide training. You’ll need to stay on your feet in a fast-paced setting and work with teammates to deliver a legendary guest experience.

• Food preparation and Safety.
• Processing Orders accurately and timely.
• Dish room order and cleanliness.
• Out the Door Order Coordination.
• Help create an uplifting environment for both guests and team members.
• Support your teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations and uphold Pizza Ranch's mission and values.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.

• Frequent reaching, bending and ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds.
