Chick-fil-A 17th and Wanamaker in Topeka, KS is looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our kitchen team as Full-Time Breaders. You’ll bread and prepare chicken while upholding Chick-fil-A standards for food quality, safety, speed, and cleanliness.

This fast-paced role offers shifts from 5:30 AM–2:00 PM or 2:00 PM–close, with starting pay $16–$18 per hour and potential to reach $18/hour based on experience. Training provided, Sundays closed.

Responsabilités

• Prepare fresh chicken to be cooked and served daily.
• Bread and prepare chicken for immediate cooking per standards.
• Follow all preparation procedures carefully and consistently.
• Follow time-temperature food-safety standards.
• Rotate products using FIFO.
• Maintain clean, organized breading and prep area.
• Clean equipment, walls, floors, and surrounding areas.
• Take out trash and perform cleaning duties as needed.
• Wash dishes and equipment from the work area as needed.
• Communicate quickly and effectively with kitchen team.
• Work with urgency during busy periods while maintaining quality and safety.
