Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting in Charlevoix, MI is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position at a skilled nursing facility. You will support therapy goals, assist with ADLs, and collaborate with the OT and care team to promote patient independence.

Ideal candidates hold Michigan COTA license, have OTA program education, and strong communication skills; SNF experience is a plus but not required.
