Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Wisconsin seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support licensed therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans. You will assist patients across all phases of OT, under supervision, and help translate goals into practical activities.

Candidates will document patient responses, maintain open communication with the Occupational Therapist, Rehab Director, and facility staff, and help ensure safe use of standard OT equipment.

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation occupational therapist assistant, working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists.
