Job summary

Oasis Therapy Services is a senior care therapy agency offering rehabilitation, pain management, and cognitive and speech therapy. We are seeking a Full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) based in Greendale with coverage across Racine, Greendale and Waukesha locations.

You may float between sites as needed; travel will typically be limited to one location per day. Competitive wages and supportive leadership await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (Required)
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff
• Willingness to float between locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Communicate resident progress to supervisor and team; instruct families or nursing staff in follow-through programs
• Provide treatment to patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist
• Instruct families and staff in maintenance and home programs as directed by the Occupational Therapist
• Communicate patient progress, problems, and plans with supervisor and interdisciplinary team
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition

Position: Full time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Full-time COTA to join our team. This position is primarily based in Greendale with the flexibility to provide coverage at our Milwaukee-area locations in Racine, Greendale, and Waukesha.

The ideal candidate will be open to floating between locations as needed. Travel will typically be limited to one location per day, and candidates should be comfortable commuting to all three sites.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Communicate resident progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct resident's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
• Provides treatment to patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist
• Instructs families and staff in maintenance programs as directed by the Occupational Therapist
• Communicates with supervisor and other interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
