Job summary

AdventHealth Davenport in Florida is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join its growing women's health team. You will provide comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic care across a multi-site clinic, collaborating with obstetricians and APRNs to coordinate referrals and ensure high-quality patient-centered care.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, documentation in EHR, and participation in quality improvement.

Qualifications

• AMCB CNM certification required or in process.
• 2–3 years of CNM experience preferred; new grads may be considered.
• Team-player oriented toward women's health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic care.
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
• Manage low-risk pregnancies and attend vaginal deliveries within scope of practice.
• Perform routine wellness exams, family planning counseling, and preventive care services.
• Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic testing and laboratory results.
• Educate patients and families on pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and women's health topics.
• Collaborate with obstetricians and specialty providers to coordinate care and facilitate referrals when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the electronic health record.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support evidence-based practice standards.

Who We're Looking For

• AMCB - Certified Nurse Midwife Prefer 2-3 years as CNM experience. New grads may be considered

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary
• Occurrence-based malpractice 403(b) with 100% match up to 8% 501c3 organization, PSLF eligible
• Pay Range: $0.00 - $1,000.00
