BrightKey, Inc in the Washington DC metro area is hiring a Commercial Delivery Truck Driver for a full-time, first-shift role. The driver will safely operate a six-axle truck, complete inspections, and deliver materials between the warehouse and customer sites under DOT rules.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record.
• DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Experience driving heavy trucks and knowledge of trucking rules.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work independently with reliability.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial delivery truck (6 axle) to transport materials between the warehouse and delivery locations in the Washington, DC area.
• Assist with loading/unloading, securing loads, and ensuring proper handling.
• Complete routes accurately within timeframes; maintain records and trip logs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Comply with DOT regulations, safety policies, and company procedures; communicate with dispatch.
