Responsibilities include:

1. Providing SMART customer service by executing Lowe's customer service policies, procedures, and programs.
2. Assisting customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
3. Responding promptly to customer and employee questions and guiding them through projects when needed.
4. Showing sincere appreciation to customers.
5. Communicating product information, including stock, special orders, features, benefits, applications, and warranties related to Lowe’s programs.
6. Coordinating with truck drivers regarding deliveries and customer contact.

Essential Functions:

Customer Service

• Same as responsibilities above.

In-stock

• Planning delivery activities, printing loading tickets, and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Loading trucks, inspecting products, and verifying invoice details.

Clean and Safe Stores

• Ensuring loads are safe and compliant with DOT regulations.
• Updating delivery status, unloading, installing appliances, and maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness.
• Reporting safety issues and maintaining a secure work environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Class A or B CDL License with specific endorsements depending on location.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass MVR screening.
• Legal ability to obtain necessary licensure.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Must be 21 years old.
• Compliance with DOT and CDL regulations.

Preferences:

• 1 year of semi-truck/trailer driving experience or certification.
• 6 months of in-home delivery or retail customer service experience.
• 3 months of forklift operation experience.

Pay Range: $22.90 - $24.70 per hour
