Responsibilities include:

1. Providing SMART customer service through Lowe's policies and programs.
2. Assisting customers with locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
3. Responding promptly to customer and employee questions and guiding them through projects when necessary.
4. Communicating product and service information effectively.
5. Coordinating delivery schedules and loading merchandise accurately.
6. Ensuring safety and compliance in store and delivery operations, including vehicle inspections and DOT regulations.

Minimum requirements:

• Class A or B CDL License with appropriate endorsements.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass MVR screening and legal licensure requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Preferred qualifications include prior driving experience, customer service experience, and forklift operation skills. Pay ranges from $19.50 to $23.80 per hour, depending on experience and location.
