Essential Functions:

1. Customer Service
2. Provides excellent customer service by following Lowe's policies and procedures.
3. Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
4. Responds promptly to customer and employee questions, guiding them through projects when needed.
5. Shows appreciation to customers and communicates product and program information effectively.
6. Coordinates delivery with customers and drivers.

In-stock

1. Plans and executes delivery activities, ensuring on-time delivery.
2. Prepares merchandise for delivery, building loads and loading trucks.
3. Inspects products before loading and verifies shipment details.

Clean and Safe Stores

1. Ensures loads are secure and compliant with DOT regulations.
2. Updates delivery status in tracking systems.
3. Unloads, installs, and tests appliances upon delivery.
4. Maintains vehicle and equipment safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
5. Detects and reports security risks.
6. Maintains store cleanliness and organization.
7. Operates store equipment as needed.
8. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Class A or B CDL License with endorsements, depending on location.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Pass MVR screening.
• Legal ability to obtain necessary licenses.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations.

Preferences:

• Experience driving semi-trucks or certification from a driving school.
• Experience in in-home delivery or retail customer service.
• Experience operating forklifts or Moffett equipment.
