First Student is hiring full-time CDL Bus Drivers in the United States. No experience is required; comprehensive training will help you become a safe, professional driver. Earn $24.00 per hour with a training rate of $17.00 during training, plus benefits and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• English proficiency required for safety and communication.
• This role is subject to DOT drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to and from destinations.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus and ensure passenger safety.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical issues and keep the bus clean.
• Obey traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Communicate with dispatch about delays or behavior.
