This position involves delivering products to customers and providing high-quality, friendly, professional service. The delivery driver is responsible for all duties related to customer service. This role reports to the Location Manager.

Essential Functions

1. Delivers feed to customer farms and Coop facilities.
2. Ensures safe, reliable, and prompt delivery according to orders and service plans.
3. Handles customer complaints effectively.
4. Understands basic computer programs and learns systems.
5. Maintains stock in sales areas, including pricing, dating, and displaying merchandise.
6. Ensures the appearance and cleanliness of the sales area.
7. Assists in warehouse tasks such as stocking, loading, and unloading merchandise, keeping areas tidy.
8. Participates in store meetings, training, and reads industry literature for product knowledge.
9. Coordinates deliveries as needed.
10. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform climbing, stooping, bending, and crawling frequently.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Class B CDL license.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Proven ability to interact well with others and provide excellent customer service.
