Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Catering Attendant for full-time work at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM with a fixed pay rate of $20.39 per hour. Previous catering or food service wait staff experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include setting up and serving at events, delivering food, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout each function.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or food service wait staff preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required in some locations; may need a food handler's permit/alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision.
• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies to scheduled locations.
• Maintains food temperatures and records.
• Sets up tables and decorations; arranges buffet tables and service items.
• Serves food and beverages to guests; cleans area after events.
• Returns leftover food and equipment; maintains facility and equipment.
• Ensures safe and courteous service at all times; stays knowledgeable about menu.
