Job summary

Chartwells Higher Ed is hiring for Catering Attendant at Boise State University, Boise, ID. This full-time role involves delivering and serving food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain, with occasional driving of a catering delivery truck and setup/cleanup duties.

Experience in catering or food service is preferred. A valid driver’s license and food handler’s permit may be required by state law.

Qualifications

• Prior catering, serving, or food service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required; must possess or obtain a food handler’s permit and/or alcohol servers’ permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Arranges tables and decorations.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Maintains clean and safe work environment.
• Follows safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.
