Responsibilities

• Assist store customers in selecting and purchasing items.
• Operate and maintain a cash register; collect monies, count change, prepare receipts; balance drawer and print receipts; prepare and deliver bank deposits.
• Respond to customers questions and assist donors.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of merchandise and displays.
• Secure cash register area, merchandise and cash.
• Clean display racks, sweep/mop floors, clean windows and maintain overall store cleanliness.
• Answer store telephone in a tactful and courteous manner.
