Location: Pataskala, OH

Salary Range: $18-27/Hr. (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (Flexible), 40 hrs/wk. (overtime when needed)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support warranty service repairs on new and existing homes, along with additional duties as assigned
• Work at various job sites, ensuring no redundancy
• Interact with customers, site managers, builders, sales, and operations teams
• Deliver and unload materials at home sites
• Have fun and enjoy your work!

Required Skills and Experience

• Positive attitude and team player
• Carpentry skills and experience, including:
• Interior Trim (installing cabinets)
• Exterior Trim (corner window trim, hand plank siding)
• Framing (walls, floors, roofs)
• Ability to lift 50-80 lbs (team lift when needed)
• Professional communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to stand, stoop, crawl, reach, climb, and balance
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Attention to detail and accuracy
