Silverado Beverly Place, a memory care innovator, is hiring Caregivers to support residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia and memory impairments. The role blends empathy, reliability and relationship-building to create meaningful moments each day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Able to walk, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs) and work around animals.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
