Job summary

Silverado Lee's Summit, a memory care innovator, is hiring caregivers to support residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. You will lead with empathy, reliability, and relationship-building in a team-focused environment.

You will provide daily living assistance, build relationships with residents and families, and accurately report changes to the nursing team. Full-time PM shifts with weekend availability support a values-driven, community-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience with Alzheimer’s/dementia care preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

Schedule: Full Time, PM shift, variable days, availability to work every other weekend (8 hr. shifts) required

Anticipated pay range
$18-$21 USD
