Job summary

Silverado Belmont is looking for compassionate Caregivers to provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory‑impairing conditions. This role requires empathy, reliability, and the ability to build meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other debilitating conditions is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Active role requiring walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)

• Effective communicator in verbal and written English

• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Schedule: Full Time, PM shift, 4 days on / 2 days off

Anticipated pay range: $25 – $29 USD per hour
