Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent accepted.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s/dementia care is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Physical ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around animals.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Anticipated pay range: $22 - $25 USD
